Physical or Sedentary?

As an athlete, I highly prefer the physical to the sedentary. Personally, I can’t bear sitting in one place for any longer than half an hour. I get easily restless, have too much energy throughout the day, and the adrenaline constantly flows through me. Physical activity serves two purposes for me; expelling all the extra energy, and staying fit. I tend to spend 2-3 hours a day doing physical activity, and I’ve become so accustomed to it, that I couldn’t imagine what life would be like without a good sweaty workout every once in a while. In short, I definitely prefer the physical aspect of life.

  1. Good for you being able to fit a sweaty workout into your daily routine. Wish I had more time. Definitely had more time when I was young and did so many sports. It makes you feel alive, doesn't it? Keep it up. You have a good thing going.
